Endowment Gift

Pat and Shelly were recently married. They had both been dedicated volunteers at their favorite charity for many years. They wanted to make certain the nonprofit was able to carry out its mission even after they were gone.

Pat: We appreciate the nonprofit's work. We hoped to register our commitment and support by making a gift that would last well into the future.

Shelly: We knew the community foundation was about growing permanent philanthropy, so we checked to see if our favorite nonprofit had an agency endowment fund we could support.
